Orders within the Continental US: Free shipping will apply to all orders of $99 and over. All orders under $99 will ship at a flat rate of $3.99. Orders will be shipped via one of three carriers: UPS Standard Ground, Federal Express or US Postal Service. The best delivery option will be chosen for your order, based upon product, size, weight and shipping destination.
Expedited Shipping: Not available at this time.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Box destinations incur the flat rate shipping charge noted above, but will ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
Processing: Most orders will ship within one business day of the order being placed excluding weekends and holidays. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer and may take two to three business days or more to process. This extended processing time will be noted on the products page.
BabyRax will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in the original box or packaging.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at service@BabyRax.com. Include your full name, order number and the address where the package was received. Upon receipt of your email, BabyRax will provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
BabyRax will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. All other return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 30 days. Replacement parts or a replacement item will be provided at BabyRax expense.
